About The Position

Lead the creation and implementation of oil testing specifications and requirements. Lead testing at suppliers for the testing and analysis of oil performance. Lead tribology laboratory, maintain equipment and improve lab testing capabilities.

Requirements

Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree
6+ years of experience in tribology, oil or hydraulic fluid related position.
2+ years of experience directly related to the development or testing of fluid related properties.
2+ years of experience coordinate fluids testing for common testing properties.
Hands-on test experience related to fluid development and prove out.
Deep experience with eDrivetrain/Transmission/Driveline operation, design tolerances and components that experience wear and component failures related to lubrication or the lack of.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn test data into clear decisions and recommendations.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a diverse team
