About The Position
We're looking for an experienced self-starter to join our global editorial safety team as the Editorial Safety Lead for the Americas region. The successful candidate will have strong local knowledge in the region. They will proactively overwatch high and very high-risk assignments in a busy region spanning the United States to Haiti, Venezuela to the Southern Cone. The position will be based in New York or Washington, DC. Cities in Latin America where Reuters has a major hub will be considered Spanish and Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.
