We're searching for an enthusiastic Editorial Intern to join our dynamic team! As an Editorial Intern at Marvel Comics, you'll be at the heart of comic book production, working closely with our Marvel editors. Our intern will gain exposure to every step of the comics-making process. If selected for the role, you will report to our Assistant Editor. This part-time internship from January through June 2025 offers invaluable mentorship from our team of expert editors and provides a behind-the-scenes look at the various departments within Marvel Publishing. It's more than just an internship; it's your gateway to an extraordinary, hands-on journey in the world of iconic comic book creation. Every day, you'll immerse yourself in the intricate world of your favorite Marvel comics. You'll play a pivotal role in the comic creation process. From collecting reference materials and conducting research to formatting scripts, creating book maps, writing enticing recap copy, and meticulously formatting comic scripts to prepare books for print. But the journey doesn't end there. You'll also have the chance to review color and line art, provide input on lettering placement, and gain hands-on experience in the editorial process.
