About the position
As an Editor/Writer supporting Client Relations and Senior Investor inquiries, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with firm regulations concerning Operational Client Complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve cases, providing formal written communication to clients regarding the Firm's decisions. This role also encompasses various operational tasks that support the overall client relations function.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client branches and operational business partners to investigate, research, and resolve a large volume of assigned cases, ensuring the Firm's decisions are clearly communicated in a formal written format.
- Ensure that all written responses comply with the regulations governing the handling of operational client complaints.
- Draft detailed and professional responses to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, reflecting the Firm's position.
- Assist with additional operational responsibilities within Client Relations, including but not limited to settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and handling incoming telephone calls.
- Work closely with different departments to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and thorough responses to client issues.
- Contribute to other projects within the Client Relations team as needed, supporting continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Strong oral communication skills
