Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and produce edible products including The Clear EFX gummies and tablets according to approved formulations, recipes, and SOPs. Accurately measure, weigh, mix, cook, and mold ingredients and infused materials following production schedules. Operate kitchen and production equipment such as mixers, kettles, depositors, ovens, and cooling systems. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cannabis regulatory requirements at all times. Accurately document production activities, batch records, waste, and material usage as required for compliance and inventory tracking. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for quality review and distribution. Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas before, during, and after production runs. Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Follow all company policies, GMP standards, and state cannabis regulations. Support other packaging and production tasks as needed to meet operational goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cannabis production required.
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes, SOPs, and compliance-driven processes with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.
  • Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and tracking production data.
  • Possess and maintain required CO MED badge.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including overtime or weekends as production demands require.
  • Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
