About The Position

The Edibles Product Agent at Cresco Labs is responsible for supporting the production and packaging of infused edible products in a regulated environment. This role involves working closely with kitchen and packaging supervisors to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards while producing a variety of edible goods.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production, and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail in monitoring kitchen production, packaging, and labeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen chefs with daily production of baked goods, chocolate, and confections using commercial machinery.
• Understand and execute batch production as assigned by Department Leadership, learning and perfecting recipes.
• Display knowledge of dosing methods for accurate potency and homogenization.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may cause damaged edibles, ensuring quality control.
• Train in food safety and sanitation, maintaining a clean and safe production environment.
• Assist in labeling, wrapping, and tracking edibles for final sale when needed.
• Complete sanitation of production equipment and tools, including workspace and cookware.
• Assist in cross-departmental training and task completion when needed.
