Thanks for your commitment to Tyson Foods. Management Level: Class 10 Monitor equipment & quality of product. C/P clean system after production & set up equipment for next day’s production. This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The successful candidate(s)must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Team Member must be dependable, work well with others, self-motivated and willing to come in early and stay late, when necessary.
Team Member must have less than 5 attendance points at the time of this posting and a good safety record (NO Safety suspensions) with in the last 12 months.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
