About The Position
The EDI Technician processes client data. This role processes data files from clients and enters data into the case management system to complete claim setup. The technician will work with the EDI Team to process client files and achieve firm goals. Responsibilities include importing client data to create accounts in the firm case management system, reviewing imported data for accuracy and integrity, processing new accounts to move them into the legal collection workflow, creating client update EDI files, and delivering data to clients. Additionally, the technician will monitor claims entered until the next team takes over the account to maintain compliance with client work standards.
