About The Position
The EDI & Ecommerce Coordinator at FreshEdge is responsible for supporting EDI production processes, analyzing and modifying maps for trading partners, and ensuring the smooth operation of eCommerce functions. This role involves monitoring EDI requests, troubleshooting transaction file issues, and collaborating with ERP vendors to maintain bug-free eCommerce sites. The coordinator will also manage vendor contracts and relationships, and travel between company sites for support and IT initiatives.
