About The Position

As part of our team, you will be responsible for auditing and uploading data for moderately complex new customer website implementations, as well as ongoing support for existing customers. You will create and configure EDI files using third-party software, ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Your role will involve final testing and auditing of your work and that of others, ensuring the proper functioning of EDI configurations with oversight from Analysts and Senior Analysts. In this position, you will build and maintain courteous and successful relationships with customers, vendors, and carriers to enhance customer retention. You will provide direct and indirect support to assigned customers, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing within the department. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a working knowledge of health and benefits products, services, and tools to effectively configure and test software tools. You will be accountable for individual quality assurance on low to moderate complexity EDI builds and will anticipate and respond to customer support questions as assigned.
