About The Position

The IT Cross-Functional Integrations Coordinator will lead EDI and Order Management integration initiatives within the retail industry, ensuring that business requirements align with technical specifications. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI and Order Management integration.
• Associate degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with retail middleware systems and integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire EDI transaction process, ensuring accurate data exchanges between trading partners.
• Collaborates with internal teams (IT, operations, and sales) to integrate EDI systems with existing business applications, ensuring seamless workflows.
• Identifies and resolves EDI-related problems, including data discrepancies and transmission errors.
• Develops and updates EDI documentation, including mappings, specifications, and user guides.
