About The Position

The Analyst, Electronic Invoicing plays a crucial role in the Accounts Receivable Accounting department by identifying, coordinating, and resolving transmission and rejection errors for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) billed customers. This position requires in-depth EDI knowledge and analytical skills to manage high volumes of errors, ensuring timely resolution to facilitate automatic payments from customers. The Analyst serves as the primary link between various internal departments, third parties, and customers, focusing on improving processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections, Dispute Resolution, Process Re-engineering, Management, Finance, or Project Management.
• Knowledge of various EDI platforms.
• Advanced skill using Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and WebCollect.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Relationship building, Negotiation, Influencing, and Conflict Resolution Skills.
• Good judgment skills with independent decision-making ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent reconciliation, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, identify, coordinate, and resolve EDI transmissions and rejections issues and errors.
• Provide support for all customer EDI-related issues and errors, including auditing and resolving issues on various third-party portals.
• Evaluate customer contractual requirements to propose and implement process improvements and measurements.
• Actively monitor EDI transaction flow post-implementations, identifying challenges and working with internal and external teams to correct issues.
• Perform special projects to identify root causes and recommend enhancements to policies or procedures.
• Work with appropriate areas on generating credits and/or rebills processed.
