Rockwell Automation's Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world-class, multi-month training initiative designed to equip participants with a blend of sales, technical, and professional skills. This program combines classroom learning with hands-on experience, allowing associates to develop into trusted outcome-based sellers. Upon completion, participants will be placed in one of Rockwell Automation's field sales offices across North America, where they will engage with customers and partners to drive sales and solve industry challenges. As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with producers globally. Your role will involve collaborating with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to address their challenges effectively. You will create and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving annual sales targets and expanding market share. This position requires you to engage with customers primarily through digital platforms, including email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing. After the training program, Associate Account Managers will be based in the Dallas sales office and will serve customers throughout North America. In the role of Associate Domain Expert, you will also focus on relationship-building, but with a specific emphasis on providing technical support during pre-sales activities. You will respond to inquiries from prospects, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of Rockwell Automation's product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include assisting with commercial marketing efforts, interfacing with product teams, addressing product and quality issues, and providing post-sales troubleshooting support. Like the Associate Account Managers, Associate Technology Consultants will be placed in field sales offices across North America after completing the training program.
