About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for EDGE Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Opportunity Has complete knowledge of food and beverage products and specifications, Clears and resets tables as quickly as possible. Greets guests warmly with a smile, making eye contact. Checks for table setting completeness. Describes Breakfast, lunch and dinner features as needed, including menu changes and daily specials. Oversees table maintenance, coordinates service at the table with runners. Works with coworkers in clearing and re-setting tables. Operates as a member of a team, helping others and requesting help as needed. Performs other restaurant duties as requested by management. Keep all stations supplied with silverware, glassware, share plates, bread plates, placemats, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc. Makes sure that the guest’s check is completed properly and presented promptly according to std ” Ensures that change or charge slip is returned to the guest in a timely manner. Communicates the needs of the guests to kitchen and management. Informs management of guests’ reactions and comments. Assists management as needed to ensure smooth operation and quality service. Controls the amount of alcohol served, so that guests do not become intoxicated. Helps promote a safe and clean environment for co-workers and guests.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work all shifts including, overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum two years fine dining experience
