Edge Loyalty Specialist

About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Edge Loyalty Program to participate in the design, implementation, and administration of a comprehensive rewards program tailored to builders and roofing contractors. This role focuses on developing initiatives that enhance contractor engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty while aligning with TAMKO's goals and strategy. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in program management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, execution, and administration of a comprehensive rewards program tailored to contractors' needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
• Conduct market research to ensure program offerings are competitive and innovative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless program implementation.
• Track program performance metrics and analyze data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Act as a point of contact for contractors regarding the rewards program.
• Develop communication strategies to promote the rewards program and educate contractors about benefits and participation.
• Ensure all programs comply with legal and organizational guidelines.
• Gather and act on contractor feedback to enhance the program's value and relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, rewards, or contractor engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
