About The Position

The EDGE Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that our guests receive their food in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. You will work closely with our kitchen and wait staff to deliver a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Requirements

  • Average reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • 1-2 years food and beverage busser and/or related food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests’ tables accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that food is presented beautifully, following the restaurant’s plating standards.
  • Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and assist with special requests as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
