  • Collaborate with the program manager to support milestone-based forecasting and financial planning for specific programs with monthly updates.
  • Consolidate financial data from different programs and provide detailed analysis and reporting of program results.
  • Ensure that program-related business processes comply with financial policies and controls.
  • Oversee detailed operating expense plans for program-related R&D and service activities.
  • Support program managers by providing expense forecasts, analyzing actuals versus forecast/plan, tracking headcount resources, and managing expense accruals.
  • Participate in financial modeling, reporting, and forecasting for programs Keysight EDA team decides to pursue.
  • Provide consulting to business teams on each program budget plan.
  • Track, forecast, and report on program-related expenses.
  • Forecast, track, and analyze program-related operating expenses for all functions, including ad hoc reporting.
  • Drive detailed program-level analysis to align with the program's financial targets.
  • Support program managers with data for various management reports.
  • Regularly attend Program meetings and present updates on program-related headcount, travel, and expense topics.
  • Prepare and present a quarterly summary of all programs' financial results.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, etc.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • CFP or CPA is preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Analysis and Program/Project financing.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and summarize insights, experience with 'Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience/familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the different contract types (CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP, CRC, T&M, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and Oracle/business intelligence systems expertise.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with experience building financial and decision support models.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to influence results through internal partners.
  • Relocation available for this position.
