About The Position
The Emergency Department Technician (EDT) plays a crucial role in providing both direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Nursing Officer, the EDT is responsible for a variety of tasks that support patient needs and departmental operations. This includes patient transport, data collection, and communication with healthcare team members, all while adhering to safety and infection control standards. The position requires a proactive and self-motivated individual capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment.
