About The Position
The position involves performing clerical duties, order and data entry utilizing multiple computer systems. The individual will effectively communicate and facilitate all departmental orders and results to the Emergency Department (ED) staff. This role serves as the front-line departmental ambassador in customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor with both internal and external personnel. The candidate will work in conjunction with the ED team to expedite patient care and throughput, providing excellent quality care in a family-oriented hospital setting.
