About The Position

Functions independently in performing the nursing process through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of safe therapeutic care for patient's overt and covert needs and/or complications of treatment in the Emergency Department.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license.
• Experience in emergency nursing.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and evaluations.
• Plan and implement therapeutic care for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
