The role you'll contribute: Responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care to patients within a patient care unit and managing related clinical activities. This position supervises and directs the activities of assigned nursing personnel using professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Additionally, this role utilizes nursing skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide competent, compassionate, and cost-effective care. In addition, this position collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure the administration of the medical and nursing plan of care in compliance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Responsibilities for this role include contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare team. Requirements

Associate's of Nursing Required
Registered Nurse (RN) Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required

Nice To Haves

1 year Work Experience Preferred
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) Preferred
Pediatric ER Assess, Recog & Stabilization (PEARS) Preferred

Responsibilities
