About The Position

Responsible to oversee and coordinate administrative support services to ensure the smooth operation of healthcare facilities or departments. Supervise a team of administrative staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Health Administration preferred
  • Experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. 3-5 years required
  • Proficient in the use of office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality regulations, such as HIPAA.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Health Administration
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role 1-2 years

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide guidance to a team of administrative support staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and clerical personnel.
