About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center in Blue Ridge, Georgia, to hire a dedicated ED Registrar – Nights. In this vital front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients entering the Emergency Department—providing a warm welcome, accurate registration, and seamless coordination with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year in a hospital, clinic, or medical office preferred
• Intermediate computer proficiency, data entry accuracy, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency during night shifts
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and personal information accurately
• Enter and update patient records in the hospital’s EHR system
• Collaborate with ED staff to support timely admissions and patient flow
• Respond to patient and visitor inquiries regarding hospital procedures and policies
