About The Position
The Executive Director of Harvard Impact Labs (HIL) will lead a new initiative aimed at creating an infrastructure to support faculty-led impact labs at Harvard. This role involves collaborating with faculty and students to address social problems through community engagement, providing training, and managing resources to ensure the success of these initiatives. The Executive Director will report directly to the faculty co-chairs and will be responsible for strategy, thought leadership, faculty engagement, team building, management, and development of funding strategies.
