The ECS Representative is a vital role within the Business Development department, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Business Development. This entry-level position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for college education. The representative will engage with the professional community, handling inquiries from prospective patients and area hospitals, and facilitating admissions with the Centralized Admission team. The role demands excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to work under minimal supervision while being self-motivated. The representative must be available for an on-call schedule, which may include periods of waiting to be engaged between 7 am to 7 pm.
