Minimum IT experience required is 7 – 10 years out of which at least 5 – 7 years in ITIL® process functional consulting domain specially in Field Service Management (FSM), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM. Hands-on work experience on ServiceNow Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL® processes Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives. Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organizationj. Organizational and time management skills Day to day tasks: Ensure requirement gathering and analysis is done. Create and groom stories to meet business requirements. Work closely with ServiceNow technical team and DOMO to ensure that the functional designs are properly implemented. Perform functional testing for the stories Work closely with ServiceNow technical team to implement the desired processes using Agile approach. Support process and tool enhancement through appropriate documentation for processes, functionalities, test cases and training material Provide documentation and training as required.
