Program Experience CSL’s Internship Program is a hands-on experience that showcases the daily innovation and operations of a leading biotechnology company. Requirements

  • Seeking rising seniors, currently enrolled as a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • AI tools (CoPilot is ideal).
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of a 4.0 scale).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and acceptance of assignments and schedules.

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with quality control teams to understand their specific needs and requirements as well as opportunities for implementation of AI and other digital solutions.
  • Design and Development: create useful bots and identify needs where AI could assist or improve efficiency
  • Back-End Development: Ensure seamless integration with front-end elements.
  • Content Management for website: Assist in creating, organizing, and managing content for a website, ensuring it is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Quality Assurance:digital solutions to identify and fix bugs or issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure the digital solutions meet all relevant quality standards and regulations.
