About The Position

As an Ecosystem Solution Architect, you will develop deep expertise in the latest cloud and blockchain infrastructure technologies, working with the sales team to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions on InfStones’ platform. In this role, you’ll work alongside both business and technical teams to drive seamless cross-functional collaboration. Leveraging your knowledge of cloud infrastructure, blockchain node operations, and the tokenomics of various blockchain ecosystems, you’ll translate complex client requirements into tailored, scalable solutions that boost integration and operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll troubleshoot critical technical issues, actively engage with open-source communities, and contribute to developing next-generation solutions that standardize and enhance our company platform.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing solutions for product, and platform as a service.
  • 3-5 years in customer-facing, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
  • Understanding encryption and decryption technologies.
  • Proficiency in common programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azura, or similar.
  • Experienced with command lines (Bash/Zash), cloud service, and operation systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic data analytics skills and ability to utilize relevant tools effectively to present insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of blockchain.
  • Knowledge of container technologies and virtualization like Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Agile management tools, and CRM software including the configuration, and development of dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain expertise on the latest technologies relating to cloud, and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Support the pre-sales team to deliver production-ready solutions on InfStones’ infrastructure platform.
  • Communicate with open-source software communities.
  • Understanding encryption and decryption technologies.
  • Deliver technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and training in support of sales.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Infrastructure, and Business Development teams to deliver solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Conduct root causes analysis of high-profile technology problems and advises customers on their resolution.
  • Help guide the product and technology teams research next-gen solutions and drive standardization across the company platform.
  • Provide support for critical customer operational issues.
