About The Position
Chmura Economics & Analytics (Chmura) is a leading economic advisory and technology development firm specializing in “big data” analytics. We have an exciting opportunity for an Economics Intern to support our Economic Consulting team based in our charming office in Downtown Richmond (Shockoe Slip). You will have the opportunity to work alongside our amazing team of economists and data scientists, contributing to ongoing consulting projects and developing our state-of-the-art software and data products. Our Economic Consulting Group helps clients mitigate risk and prepare for growth by answering complicated questions, quickly and effectively. By integrating historical, current, and predictive market reports, we cut through confusing or anecdotal information, unreliable data sources, and opinions to increase our clients’ understanding from a macro to a micro level. We take pride in using our creativity to help our clients communicate complex economic data sets to others by delivering highly visual and easy-to-use presentations and reports.
