About The Position

The Economic Outreach Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas plays a vital role in enhancing public understanding of the Bank's mission and initiatives. This position focuses on advancing community and economic outreach strategies, fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders, and collecting and analyzing economic information to inform policymaking. The advisor will collaborate with the Community Engagement team to implement programs that enhance stakeholder engagement and position the Bank as a leader in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in building partnerships and developing collaborative rapport with various organizations.
• Proficient economic analysis skills with knowledge of local and regional business communities.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to convene stakeholders to increase awareness of the Federal Reserve's mission.

• Familiarity with economic policy and its implications for local communities.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across various industries.
• Work closely with leadership and peers to identify, create, implement, and optimize programs for collecting economic information.
• Conduct economic analysis on anecdotal information to inform the Bank's understanding of the economy.
• Provide strategic vision and project management for outreach initiatives and programs.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership on regional economic and industry issues through briefings and presentations.
• Demonstrate community leadership, positioning the Bank as a leading citizen in the regions served.
