About The Position

Requirements

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Oracle SQL, and report writing software such as Crystal Reports and Tableau.
• Experience in economic research, mathematics, statistics, or a related social science.

Responsibilities

• Create complex ad hoc and recurring standard reports related to performance, reporting, and analysis for workforce programs.
• Prepare written analyses, reports, data visualizations, and presentations for internal and external customers.
• Provide labor market data in response to requests for information.
• Identify and analyze complex management systems and performance reporting problems related to workforce programs.
• Gather and organize information on problems and procedures, and conduct studies related to workforce programs.
• Document findings of studies and prepare recommendations for new system procedures.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy of performance outcome reports to various agencies and boards.
• Verify ad hoc reports to ensure compliance with program policy.
