About The Position

The primary objective of the Ecommerce Associate is to oversee all elements of customer service and product returns for the eCommerce division. The role involves the handling of returns, auction sales, and the rapid resolution of customer inquiries and feedback. The Ecommerce Associate is responsible for order processing, picking and shipping of all retail inventory orders and ensuring all paperwork requirements for firearms shipments keep us ATF compliant. Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience for each third-party eCommerce sales channel as well as all owned website selling platforms.
• Respond to and oversee all customer feedback via phone, email, chat, and third-party eCommerce sales channels
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional communication to customers
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns relative to returned products, damaged products, or unsatisfactory purchases
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and the company
• Develop and execute strategies that bolster the customer experience and loyalty
• Optimizing and streamlining the customer experience and returns management processes
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and returns
• Manage the eCommerce returns facility in its entirety
• Process sales orders in both distribution and retail systems for Ecommerce orders.
• Pick, pack and ship orders for Ecommerce division from retail's inventory.
• Processing and validating all firearms transfer shipments have all necessary paperwork attached prior to shipping, keeping us ATF compliant.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
• Maintain quality relationships and services by living and administering the Freedom Service Creed.
