The Kontoor Brands Summer Internship Program 2025 offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, specifically with the Wrangler® and Lee® brands. This 10-week, full-time paid internship focuses on e-commerce site marketing, where interns will assess and propose enhancements to the direct-to-consumer loyalty program. Participants will engage in cross-functional learning, networking, and project work that emphasizes creativity and analytical skills, all while contributing to meaningful initiatives in sustainability and community outreach.

  • Assess the Wrangler and Lee E-commerce loyalty program and propose marketing optimizations based on performance analysis and competitive audits.
  • Develop cross-channel marketing strategies to increase engagement and purchase frequency.
  • Propose changes to the program points structure and benefits to enhance purchase frequency and engagement.
  • Provide recommendations for on-site customer experience improvements to increase member acquisition and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Recommend communication touchpoints and cadences to streamline member engagement.
  • Identify actions to increase purchase frequency by member cohorts, including events, offers, and expanded capabilities.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a College/University and able to receive a paid internship.
  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through school, extracurricular activities, and/or community involvement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism & Communication, Apparel Studies, or a related field.
  • Completed coursework in relevant subjects.
  • Familiarity with technical skills such as MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, etc.
