Job Responsibilities : The Ecommerce Sales Intern will support the Sales team with day to day operations, reporting, and analysis related to retail and e commerce performance. This role provides hands on exposure to sales operations, account support, and cross functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Finance. The intern will assist in data analysis, sales reporting, and execution of initiatives that support revenue growth and retail excellence.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a BA, BS, AA or AS Degree in Sociology, in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interest in retail sales, e‑commerce, and business operations.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales and performance data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail and E‑commerce Sales team with day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and key retail metrics.
  • Help maintain accurate sales, pricing, and product information across internal systems and tools.
  • Prepare and update recurring sales reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with basic data analysis related to revenue, sell‑through, and retail trends.
  • Compile data for forecasts, business reviews, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to support sales initiatives and product launches.
  • Assist in gathering inputs and materials for internal meetings and retail partner presentations.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and category research to support sales strategies.
  • Support special projects and process improvements as assigned.
  • Perform administrative and organizational tasks to support the Sales organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
