HPG Brands is seeking a commercially driven Ecommerce & Programs Account Manager who will lead strategic growth initiatives across key ecommerce accounts and distributor programs. This is not an administrative role — it is a revenue-impacting position responsible for influencing product assortment decisions, driving program expansion, and owning high-level customer conversations. The ideal candidate is confident, analytical, and comfortable leading strategic discussions around growth opportunities, pricing, rebate agreements, and long-term partnership alignment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while protecting HPG Brands’ profitability and brand positioning. This position is a remote/hybrid position. The salary range is $65,000-$70,000 annually plus commission.
