We are looking for a Digital Optimization Program Manager to lead and evolve our digital experience programs across Ratings & Reviews, Recommendations, and other Customer Experience Programs. You will be both strategic and analytical—responsible for advancing the roadmap, optimizing current-day performance, and identifying new opportunities to grow personalization and engagement through data and AI. You are a forward-thinking digital leader who excels at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience. You will partner with your team, data analytics, and IT teams to ensure our optimization programs bring measurable impact. This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park bi weekly Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
