About The Position

Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking E-commerce Operations Associate to join our digital team. In this highly cross-functional and tactical role, you will be responsible for administering the day-to-day technical operations of our website, app platform, and related technology stack. Key tasks include ensuring the accuracy and usability of our online store through new item setup, product maintenance (images, descriptions, pricing), and configuration/setup of promotional activities. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues related to orders, website experience, and implementation of new features and functions. To be successful in this role, you will have developed great communication skills and are comfortable working across digital, technical/engineering, marketing, and customer service teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in an eCommerce Operations or related position preferred
  • Shopify experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CMS and PIM platforms such as Bynder
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and similar
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention o detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Website Administration: Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of our ecommerce platforms.
  • Maintain the accuracy and usability of our online store through item setup, maintenance, and product information management.
  • Ensure the integrity of product images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to orders, website experience, and UX/UI features.
  • Data Management: Manage and update product data, including inventory levels, pricing, and product attributes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely product launches and updates.
  • Technical Support: Provide support to customer service and other internal teams regarding online orders, website functionality, and app usage.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new website features and enhancements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, page load times) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Innovation: Keep up to date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to influence the enhancement roadmap.
