About The Position

The Ecommerce Marketing Internship is a full-time, paid, 1-year commitment. This role supports the Packers Pro Shop digital commerce initiatives in all marketing channels. They will assist in the planning, coordinating, and analyzing marketing campaigns through website content, email marketing, paid search, and social media. Gain exposure and work experience in all aspects of the Green Bay Packers Pro Shop online retail business and supporting systems. Internship timeframe: June 2026 - June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree majoring in marketing, graphic design, ecommerce, or related field preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding project management skills.
  • Strong editing, proof reading, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientation, initiative and an affinity for producing consistently high-quality work and yield in a manner that exceeds expectations. The capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment is critical.
  • Creative thinker with critical analysis, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and manage workload effectively.
  • Experience in social media marketing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Experience working with web content management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and coordinate impactful and creative marketing campaigns for website, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate on marketing calendar with internal and external teams to align brand awareness and efforts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and assist with photoshoots.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting in Google and Adobe Analytics.
  • Support the ecommerce team with general back and front-end administration.
  • Assist in writing and editing copy for Packers Pro Shop marketing communications.
  • Report on past marketing performance and communicate best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the brand, marketing, merchandise, and digital teams to ensure all messaging is on brand and aligned with the organization.
  • Assist in website regression and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist in planning, executing and optimizing SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in filming and editing social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X.
  • Assist with managing social media fan engagement daily - responding to comments, messages and mentions to foster a strong sense of community and connection.
  • Monitor and maintain records of vendor co-op requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, game days and special events. Responsibilities include but not limited to cashiering, customer service and assisting in outdoor retail pod.
