Job Summary: The eCommerce Marketing Communications Consultant is a member of a global team responsible for end-to-end eCommerce marketing strategy and execution across eCommerce and related platforms. In this role, the Consultant owns the marketing strategy for Cat Central, our mobile app which supports customers in their equipment ownership journey. From strategy to execution, this role leads and delivers integrated, cross-channel marketing efforts with a primary focus on mobile app awareness & adoption, customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and conversion performance. In addition to the core mobile app focus, this role may also drive other initiatives across the team’s portfolio. The Consultant partners closely with cross-functional team members, industry groups, and agency partners to drive strategic alignment, foster shared understanding, and ensured coordinated execution across complex, matrixed environments.
