Requirements

  • Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related field with a focus on analysis.
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator. You express ideas with clarity and purpose. You listen as much as you speak, ask good questions, and seek to understand others.
  • Detail-oriented, but fast. You catch small mistakes, but you don’t get bogged down in perfectionism. Speed matters.
  • Technology forward. You use AI, can crunch a spreadsheet, and understand html.
  • Obsessively curious. You ask why, you figure things out, and you never stop learning.
  • Relentlessly resourceful. You solve problems, and get things done—no excuses.
  • Extreme ownership. You don’t wait for permission. If you see a problem, you fix it.
  • Hands-on ecommerce experience. You’ll work on real websites with real revenue impact.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills. Learn how to use analytics to drive action and results.
  • SEO and conversion optimization. These skills will make you valuable in the job market.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the customer journey. Learn and use the Magento ecommerce platform to tweak site navigation, product placement, product attributes and SEO so more people buy, faster.
  • Analyze data, then act. Use Sales Data, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console to spot trends, identify friction points, and fix them.
  • Support big marketing initiatives. Seasonal promotions, new product launches, and high-impact campaigns—get in the trenches and execute.
  • Write, create, and execute. Product descriptions, blog content, email planning, social media—you’ll craft content that sells.
  • Step outside the job description. If something needs to be done, you do it. Titles and roles don’t matter—results do.
  • Traffic – Growth in qualified traffic to the assigned site through social content, SEO, and PR
  • Conversion Rate – Improvement in the percentage of site visitors who complete a purchase
  • Average Order Value (AOV) – Increased order value through effective merchandising, bundling, and upselling
  • Discount % – Controlled and intentional discounting that supports demand without unnecessary margin losd
  • Netback Margin – Healthy margin after discounts, shipping, and variable costs on the assigned site
  • Channel NOI – Positive and improving net operating income for the assigned site
