About The Position

The Conair Summer Internship Program is designed to provide exceptional students interested in a career in CPG with a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the diverse business operations at Conair. Those selected will gain invaluable work experience through challenging project assignments and on the job learning experiences. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Summer Intern under the Ecommerce team ! This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our central media team and have hands on experience in PDP creative and omnichannel marketing across our brands. You’ll have the chance to work on meaningful projects, learn from industry professionals, and gain valuable exposure to cutting-edge tools and strategies in the digital space. Requirements

  • You should be a current college student, entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2026.
  • The internship program will run from June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026.
  • Interns will work Monday through Friday on a 37.5-hour work week schedule, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
  • We require candidates to maintain excellent academic standing.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.
  • As part of our hybrid work model, interns are expected to be present in the office 4 days a week with Friday being a work from anywhere day.
  • Compensation for all internship positions is set at $25 per hour, and the internship is based out of our Stamford, CT corporate office location.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaigns: Conduct research on best-in-class ecommerce practices and digital omnichannel campaigns.
  • Campaign Auditing: Audit our email campaigns to propose high impact email journey flows to drive incremental revenue.
  • Performance Marketing: Monitor digital trends in Kitchen and Home/Beauty categories for optimization in creative, messaging, and advertising.
  • Creative Analysis: Evaluate website and creative content to assess user experience / brand marketing on retailer pages.
  • Brainstorming: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for digital campaigns and strategies.
