Requirements

  • Recent graduate (within 0–1 year) with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and e-commerce (preferably Shopify)
  • Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the Ecommerce team with campaign briefs, creative requests, and day-to-day execution across DTC.
  • Provide hands-on executional support across key digital channels, including email, paid media, and website merchandising
  • Assist in maintaining and updating content across all primary sales channels (NOYZ.com, TikTok Shop, Instagram etc.,), including product descriptions, imagery, PDP updates, and site audits
  • Help monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
  • Assist Ecommerce team in pulling weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and site updates by assisting with QA, asset uploads, and merchandising checks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects that support the growth and optimization of NOYZ’s DTC business
