Job Overview: Valley Pool & Spa is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ecommerce Fulfillment & Shipping Associate to support our growing ecommerce operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that plays a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hourly

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to safely move heavier items using proper equipment
• Comfortable retrieving items from various heights using ladders or step stools
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Steel-toed work boots/shoes required

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull orders using picking tickets
• Pack products securely in appropriate boxes or envelopes for shipment
• Label and prepare shipments for carrier pick-up
• Palletize outgoing packages as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Monitor shipping supply levels and notify management when inventory is low
• Assist with processing returns and restocking inventory
• Complete end-of-day procedures to ensure all orders are fulfilled and shipped
