About The Position

The Ecommerce & Digital Merchandising Specialist supports the management of Rally House team and conference websites, coordinating updates across all managed sites. This position will assist with SEO execution, paid search support, email marketing coordination, digital merchandising, product launches, and hot market initiatives, while progressively developing analytical and platform skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Interest in learning SQL, BigQuery, or business intelligence tools
  • Passion for sports and familiarity with major leagues and teams
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • Experience using spreadsheets and basic data analysis (Excel required)

Nice To Haves

  • Internship, coursework, or project experience in e-commerce, SEO, email, or digital marketing preferred
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, SEO tools, or email platforms preferred
  • Basic familiarity with CMS, HTML, or e-commerce platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Miva ecommerce platform for updating and maintaining all Rally House team and conference websites
  • Support homepage, category, and promotional updates tied to launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of site content and merchandising
  • Execute SEO best practices including metadata updates, content optimization, and internal linking
  • Assist with landing page updates supporting paid search and promotions
  • Conduct basic keyword research and help track SEO and traffic performance
  • Execute website content, promotions, and product launches with email marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate email content setup, scheduling, and QA
  • Assist with reporting on email-driven traffic and campaign performance
  • Support product launches, collection updates, and hot‑market
  • Assist with digital merchandising placement across team and conference sites
  • Work closely with marketing partners to execute promotions
  • Assist with performance reporting using Google Analytics and internal dashboards
  • Begin learning BigQuery to support traffic and merchandising analysis
  • Work hands on in our NetSuite ERP building saved searches and importing product data
