About The Position

Join the Midwest’s premier power equipment and landscape supply dealer! Russo Power is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our online sales team and deliver exceptional service to our customers!

Requirements

  • Must possess good general computer skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, professional attitude and reliable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize customer interactions
  • Ability to handle phone calls and emails effectively
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience (REQUIRED)
  • Microsoft product knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, text, email and our online selling platforms; eBay and Amazon
  • Process orders, returns, and shipping inquiries
  • Provide accurate product, pricing and availability information
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Deliver friendly, professional, solution-focused service
  • Other duties as assigned by management
