About The Position

As an eCommerce Coordinator, the primary function of this position is to optimize the presentation and promotion of products across cityfurniture.com to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. eCommerce Coordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering the Site Merchandising Roadmap with a focus on product discovery. This will include optimizing search and browse performance, executing cross-selling & guided selling product recommendation tactics, overseeing the day-to-day onsite promotional activities, and supporting digital channel URL requests, culminating in a best-in-class digital experience for our customers. Your contributions will ensure the success of the Marketing department at CITY Furniture.

Requirements

  • BA in Business or similar field from an accredited institution is required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, digital marketing, content strategy, or traditional merchandising preferred; retail experience a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Working Knowledge of Onsite Search Software - (Bloomreach, UNBXD or Similar).
  • Experience working in Product Data Management - PIM - (Akeneo or Similar).
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce Platforms - (Kibo or similar).
  • Product Recommendation Platforms.
  • Working knowledge and enthusiasm for AI tools.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Collaboration Tools (Teams or Similar).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver search and browse strategies that optimize performance through product placement to improve discoverability and drive conversion for promotional events and evergreen experiences.
  • Maintain URL/page catalog and work cross-functionally to support SEO initiatives.
  • Play a key role in the execution of onsite digital promotions and campaigns to support digital channels.
  • Conduct pre/post launch audits for campaigns and promotional events.
  • Deliver performance reviews of campaigns and promotions.
  • Partner with the Digital Journey Manager to identify key opportunities within the categories and channel to drive overall performance.
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior and conversion metrics to help identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Pull reports for distribution and perform check-acts, as needed.
  • Participate in professional development events, trainings, or corporate meetings.
  • Perform administrative tasks, as needed.
