Your Opportunity, Your Team The Content Partner, will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital customer experience across all CBI brands. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of product content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization to drive seamless online shopping journeys. While you may be primarily focused on one brand, your work will support the broader CBI ecommerce strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class product content and on-site experience. You will report to the Director, eCommerce Product Content. You will have 2 direct reports

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in retail, product data management, or eCommerce.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for candidates with experience in data setup, B2C ecommerce, or product content management

Responsibilities

  • Product Content Execution & Maintenance Build, launch, and maintain product content across assigned categories and brands, including copy, attributes, specifications, and unique product details.
  • Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with merchandising and marketing timelines.
  • Manage product onboarding processes, including data validation, SKU creation, and inventory status updates and transfers.
  • Upload and maintain product content using CMS and database-driven tools (e.g., XML, PIM, CMS, D365).
  • Configure and maintain personalization and monogramming features, including option setup and pricing.
  • Content Quality Assurance & Remediation Audit and maintain item- and category-level content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Identify, track, and resolve content issues or gaps (e.g., via Jira or help desk tickets).
  • Perform routine QA checks and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content is complete and launch-ready.
  • Analyze competitor content strategies and recommend actionable enhancements.
  • Site Optimization & Promotions Execute and QA promotional setups on product pages to support digital merchandising initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage staging links for upcoming launches to ensure smooth QA and imaging workflows.
  • Apply feedback from digital merchandising and imaging teams to optimize attribute display and PDP content to drive add-to-cart (ATC).
  • Own product setup changes related to liquidation, re-SKUs, and vendor updates, ensuring minimal disruption during cutover.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement Act as the primary liaison across digital merchandising, merchandising, copy, imaging, and operations teams.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new team members on tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for content setup, troubleshooting, and process standards.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
