Your Opportunity, Your Team The Sr Manager Ecommerce Category - Culinary & Electronics supports QVC and will be responsible for leading and driving strategy for the Culinary & Electronics categories to deliver the sales plan across all digital platforms. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience.
6 plus experience in multichannel retailing, or merchandising environment or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
4 or more year’s Digital Commerce experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 or more years of experience leading a team, including selection, engagement, performance management, and development.
Understanding of the merchandising process and product lifecycle.
Experience developing customized reports and leveraging data to build and drive merchandising strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of digital strategy and digital customer experience through QVC channels and platforms to maximize customer acquisition, retention and sales.
Partner with Category Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing to develop holistic product, promotional, marketing plans for maximum revenue potential.
Drive digital sales goals by leveraging previously successful sales techniques, identifying innovative and new selling methods
Evaluates industry and external vendors for customer development within a category and new technology opportunities.
Analyze product and category sales across all digital platforms.
Use data to understand performance trends in the business and identify white space and new opportunities.
Understand the customer lifecycle within each category and develops strategies to grow the customer base through new customers to QVC
