These roles will be responsible for driving our businesses ‘off platform’ on Delivery Platforms – this is primarily Kroger’s business on the Instacart, DoorDash, and Uber Eats Marketplaces. This is a critical growth area for Kroger over the next few years. As part of the eCommerce Strategic Partnerships team, work across several lines of business to be the merchandising general manager for one of Kroger's digital modalities (pickup, delivery, DeliveryNow). Interact across the entire eCommerce portfolio with a focus on continuous optimization of existing business lines, the largest of which are grocery pickup and delivery. Be the voice of the customer, understanding their pain points and then work across the organization to improve them. Shape and direct the priorities and project flow of the entire eCommerce Merchandising Performance team to meet the changing needs of the eCommerce business.
