About The Position

The eCommerce Account Manager owns and grows our presence on Walmart Marketplace, turning product listings into high-performing digital storefronts. This role manages the full lifecycle of the account, from catalog accuracy and listing optimization to pricing strategy, promotions, and customer experience. We’re looking for someone who loves both strategy and execution. You enjoy digging into data, polishing listings until they shine, and spotting opportunities before they become obvious.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on eCommerce account management experience, specifically with Walmart Marketplace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proven ability to create and optimize product content.
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities independently.
  • A track record of executing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement in eCommerce.

  • Experience in Outdoor Furniture or Furniture categories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with omni-channel pricing and promotional alignment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a smart, results-driven sales strategy for Walmart Marketplace, aligned with company revenue and margin goals.
  • Manage and maintain the product catalog, ensuring accurate data, compelling descriptions, and high-quality imagery.
  • Optimize product listings using SEO-friendly content and keyword strategies that boost visibility and conversion.
  • Own pricing and promotional strategies, balancing competitiveness with profitability and minimizing pricing conflicts.
  • Write and refine engaging product descriptions, marketing copy, and digital content.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Walmart Marketplace, owning account performance end to end.
  • Monitor account health metrics and resolve customer issues quickly to maintain strong ratings and satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to hit growth targets.
  • Coordinate inventory planning and forecasting to support sales velocity and avoid stock issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to execute seamlessly.
  • Jump in where needed to support broader eCommerce and business growth.
